The group combines online technical sessions, on-farm meetings and ongoing support.
Online Technical Sessions
(Supporter & Team)
Online sessions focused on improving margins through better grazing and use of forage. Real farm examples, experienced farmers and expert speakers. Miss a session? Sessions are Recorded!
Regional On-Farm Meetings
(Team Members only)
Three on-farm days each year, held in 5 regions hosted by group members. Honest, practical discussion with other farmers in the field to see management impacts first hand.
WhatsApp Support Groups
Stay connected between meetings through dedicated WhatsApp groups for Sheep, Suckler Beef, and Dairy Beef. Quick questions answered, successes and failures AKA “learning opportunities” shared, support when decisions need to be made — a very valuable part of membership!

Precision Grazier – £220 + VAT
Grazed pasture is the cheapest feed for livestock. This programme provides support to measure pasture and manage grazing rotations to increase production. Best suited to Team and Supporter members who know the grazing is a big lever in their business and are ready to use it.
You’ll get:
Help setting up or reviewing your farm in pasture management software (e.g. Agrinet)
Clear grazing policy and targets for the season
Accountability to measure pasture regularly
Monthly online meetings (Feb–Oct, excluding August) to review data, compare with other farms and make decisions
Expert insight from experienced pasture managers
Focus on: pasture covers, growth rates, stocking rate, rotation length, utilisation and feed planning
You’ll need:

In Stay on Track you’ll join a small group (typically 6–8 businesses) and:

Precision Grazing is a community of forward-thinking sheep and beef farmers dedicated to advancing their knowledge, sharing experiences, and collectively improving grazing practices. It’s an online and in-person space where members can connect, learn, and grow.

Sheep, suckler beef and dairy-beef enterprises across the UK, from early adopters of rotational grazing to farmers just getting started. The common link is an interest in grass, stock and business performance.

Rough guide:
1–2 hours per online meeting
3–5 hours per on-farm day (plus travel)
Precision Grazier: measuring pasture monthly/weekly in season
Precision Profit: a few hours to build the budget, then 2-3 hours per month to update ahead of quarterly reviews

Programme with all meeting dates is shared on sign-up. As a Guide: Programme starts on 22nd Janaury 2026 7:30-9pm. After that Online Technical Sessions normally held 2nd Thursday of the month 12:30-1:30pm. (March - May, July, Sept, Oct & December). On-Farm Regional Meetings (TEAM Members only) held in February, June and November. Normally 10:30am - 3pm

Online Technical Session hosted on Zoom. Regional On-Farm Meetings hosted by members and locations chosen to support fair and equal traveling distance for everyone in the region. See map of Members below. Members can always attend the closet meeting even if it is in a different region.

No. The Discussion Group itself doesn’t require it. If you join Precision Grazier, we’ll help you get set up and going.

Yes. Team Membership includes access for up to 2 people from the same business for on-farm meetings.

No. You’ll get the most value if you attend regularly, but all online technical meetings are recorded and stored in the Members Area. On-farm dates are given well in advance.

Yes. Financial and personal information shared in small groups is under a Chatham House-style rule – what is shared in the group stays in the group.

Yes, subject to availability in on-farm groups and add-on programmes. It’s usually best to decide early so we can plan group sizes properly.
