Precision Grazier - £220+VAT

Grazed pasture is the cheapest feed for livestock. This programme provides support to measure pasture and manage grazing rotations to increase production.

You’ll get:

• Help setting up or reviewing your farm in pasture management software (e.g. Agrinet)

• Clear grazing policy and targets for the season

• Accountability to measure pasture regularly

• Monthly online meetings (Feb–Oct, excluding August) to review data, compare with other farms and make decisions

• Expert insight from experienced pasture managers

• Focus on: pasture covers, growth rates, stocking rate, rotation length, utilisation and feed planning

You’ll need:

• Access to a plate meter or method of measuring pasture

• Commitment to measure at least monthly (ideally weekly in season)

Step 1: Plan for Profit

Included in TEAM - optional upgrade for Supporter members £75+VAT per Business

In Plan for Profit we work with you to:

• Build a management budget for the next 12 months

• Map out a realistic cashflow

• Identify your pressure points – where cash gets tight and what options you have

  You’ll walk away with:

• A working budget and cashflow

• A clearer view of how to improve profitability

• A plan for the year that supports your goals

Precision Profit – Step 2: Stay on Track

Optional upgrade for TEAM and Supporter members £800+VAT Per Business

This programme is for members who recognise the opportunity and want accountability throughout the year to make meaningful change. You don’t want the plan to sit in a folder and collect dust.

In Stay on Track you’ll join a small group (typically 6–8 businesses) and:

• Benchmark key financial and production figures against other businesses in the group

• Create a personal and business development plans

• Meet quarterly online to compare actual vs budget

• Update your development plan and agree clear next actions

• Spot problems early – while there’s still time to adjust

• Share what’s working (and what isn’t) with other like-minded businesses

• In person meeting January 2027 to socialise, review and create new plans.
