This programme is for members who want accountability and support throughout the year to make meaningful change. You don't want your plan to sit in a folder and collect dust!

What you’ll do:

• Advanced KPIs for key financial and production figures to gain deeper insight in to your business

• Benchmarking of financials with like minded businesses

• Create a 10 year vision and business development plans

Delivery:

Join a small group (typically 3–4 businesses) and:

• Meet 3× quarterly online to compare actual vs budget, update your development plan and agree clear actions

• 1x annual meeting, in-person at a central venue to review the previous year and set budget / plans for the next year.

• Group WhatsApp for questions and adhoc support from members and PG Team.

• Optional 121 support from PG Team
